We want you to be happy with your purchase! Each of Charlotte’s crochet creations is handmade with care and attention to detail. As a small, independent venture, we kindly ask you to read the following refund policy before placing your order.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we can only offer refunds or replacements if an item arrives damaged or is significantly different from what was described. If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, including photos if possible.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch within 24 hours of placing it. After that, work may have already begun on your item.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or replacement, please email us at [your email] with your order number, a brief explanation, and any relevant photos. We’ll respond as quickly as possible and do our best to resolve the issue kindly and fairly.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges, as each crochet item is individually handmade and stock is limited. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out—we’ll do our best to find a solution.
Gifts
If you received a Charlotte’s Crochet Creation as a gift and it arrived damaged or not as expected, the same refund policy applies. Please ask the person who purchased it to contact us with the order number and photos so we can help as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds to gift recipients directly, but we will work with the original buyer to resolve the issue.
Shipping returns
If we’ve agreed on a return or replacement, we’ll provide instructions by email. Please do not return anything without contacting us first.
Return Shipping Costs:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Condition of Returns:
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. If the item is not returned in its original state, we may not be able to issue a full refund.
